01 Introduction & General Overview
Baazi 9 ("We", "Platform" or "Site") is an online betting and gaming service operated for adult users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Baazi 9 website, mobile application, and all other digital services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Baazi 9. By creating an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted all of these terms.

02 Account Registration & Verification
To register on Baazi 9, you must provide accurate and complete information. Baazi 9 reserves the right to terminate any account created with false or incomplete details at any time.
Information Required for Registration
- Full name (as per National ID card)
- Active mobile number (linked to Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket)
- Date of Birth (must be 18 years of age or older)
- Valid email address
- A strong password
KYC Verification
For security purposes, Baazi 9 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This process may require you to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
One Household, One Account: Each individual and household may only create one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
03 Age Requirements & Minor Protection
Baazi 9 strictly does not serve anyone under the age of 18. Betting and gaming services are for adults only. You must confirm that you are at least 18 years old when registering.
Minor Protection: Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from creating or using an account. Registering with a false age will result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
A message to parents — please ensure your child does not access Baazi 9. Use parental control software and keep your devices secure.
04 Betting Rules & Terms
Please read the following rules carefully before placing bets on Baazi 9. Every member is responsible for adhering to these rules.
Betting Limits
- Minimum Bet: Minimum ৳10 (ten taka) per bet
- Maximum Bet: Varies by event and market; maximum limits are displayed on each market
- Daily Limit: Users can set their own daily limits from the settings
Bet Acceptance
Baazi 9 reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. Bets may be voided or declared null in the following circumstances:
- If a match or event is cancelled
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
- If evidence of match-fixing or corruption is found
- If irregularities are found in a user's account
Live Betting
Odds change rapidly during live betting. The latest odds at the time your bet is confirmed will apply. Baazi 9 is not liable for bets rejected due to server lag or connectivity issues.
Winnings Payout: Once you win a bet, your winnings will be automatically credited to your Baazi 9 wallet. Go to the Payment section to make a withdrawal.
05 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on Baazi 9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We currently support payments via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
Deposit
- Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (one hundred BDT)
- Maximum Deposit: ৳50,000 per day (fifty thousand BDT)
- Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–10 minutes
- If a transaction fails, the amount will be refunded to your mobile banking account
Withdrawal
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT)
- Maximum Withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 per day (one lakh BDT)
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours
- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not completed
Important: Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Transaction Fees
Baazi 9 does not charge any transaction fees of its own. However, your mobile banking provider's standard charges may apply, and these are entirely your responsibility.
06 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Baazi 9 regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and funds cannot be withdrawn unless those terms are fully met.
Wagering Requirement
Most bonuses come with wagering requirements. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place ৳10,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.
- Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires
- Bonus bets may not count on certain games or markets
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited
- Baazi 9 may modify or cancel bonus offers at any time

07 Responsible Gaming Policy

08 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baazi 9. If detected, the account will be terminated and the balance forfeited:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Bonus abuse or bonus farming
- Betting Using Match Fixing or Inside Information
- Placing bets using automated bots or software
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose
- Attempting to hack or access another user's account
- Intentionally exploiting platform bugs or technical glitches
- Submitting false identity information or documents
Warning: If any form of fraud or dishonest activity is detected, Baazi 9 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.
09 Privacy & Data Protection
Baazi 9 treats the security of your personal information as its highest priority. We never sell your data to third parties.

10 Account Closure & Suspension
Baazi 9 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:
- In the event of a breach of these terms
- If suspicious activity is detected on the account
- If KYC verification is not completed
- Extended account inactivity (12 months)
- Due to legal obligations
You can close your account at any time. Before doing so, please withdraw or clear your balance.
11 Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute or complaint, please reach out to our support team first. We always aim for a friendly resolution.
